FEES

Customs:

In-store Purchase Assistance:

$20 or 15% of invoice value,
whichever is greater

Customs VAT:

(Item value + landed freight cost + duty + environment levy + customs processing fee) x 10%

Heavy Parcel Fee:

$25 (Packages 30lbs and over) Processing Fee: 5% + $0.25

Freight cost is calculated by the greater weight.

Dimensional weight = L x W x H / 166

Storage Fee:

After 7 days storage fees begin at $10/week flat rate.

Insurance Fee:

$1.50 or 1.5% of invoice whichever is greater.
